CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before booking any service with Powerhaus Performance.

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Powerhaus Performance, including tuning, diagnostics, remapping, and performance modifications.

Services Offered

We provide the following automotive services:

  • ECU tuning and remapping
  • Diagnostics and fault analysis
  • Performance upgrades (e.g. turbo installs, intercooler fitting)
  • General vehicle enhancement and consultation

All services are performed at our workshop in Milton Keynes.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • If a customer fails to cancel within this period or does not attend, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
  • For standard tuning services, no deposit is required.
  • For all other services, a deposit is required before work begins. Deposit amounts vary depending on labour and parts involved.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due after the work is completed.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and (soon) card payments.
  • Deposits soon will be paid online via our website.
  • Installed parts are non-refundable.

Warranty & Liability

  • Powerhaus Performance does not offer warranties on modified vehicles.
  • Customers acknowledge that manufacturer warranties may be voided due to tuning or performance modifications.
  • We are not liable for any mechanical failure, engine damage, emissions breach, or insurance invalidation resulting from services provided.

Customer Consent

By booking a service or submitting a quote request, the customer:

  • Confirms understanding of the risks associated with tuning and modifications
  • Agrees to the terms outlined in our Tuning Disclaimer
  • May be required to provide consent via checkbox, signed form, or written confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via form submission—either by the customer or by us on their behalf.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without prior notice, shall constitute a breach of booking terms. In such cases, the customer agrees to be held liable for any parts, components, or consumables that were specially ordered, allocated, or prepared for their service.

The amount payable may include:

– The full retail cost of the affected parts where resale is not viable, or

– A partial fee covering handling, supplier restocking charges, and administrative costs.

By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges this liability and agrees to settle any applicable charges resulting from short-notice cancellation or non-attendance. PH Performance reserves the right to issue an invoice for these costs, payable within seven (7) days of cancellation.
