We provide the following automotive services:<\/p>

ECU tuning and remapping<\/span><\/p>

Diagnostics and fault analysis<\/span><\/p>

Performance upgrades (e.g. turbo installs, intercooler fitting)<\/span><\/p>

General vehicle enhancement and consultation<\/span><\/p>

All services are performed at our workshop in Milton Keynes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Booking & Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Appointments must be booked in advance.<\/p>

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior <\/strong>to the scheduled appointment.<\/p>

If a customer fails to cancel within this period or does not attend, we reserve the right to retain the deposit<\/strong>.<\/p>

For standard tuning services, no deposit is required<\/strong>.<\/p>

For all other services, a deposit is required before work begins<\/strong>. Deposit amounts vary depending on labour and parts involved.<\/p>

May be required to provide consent via checkbox, signed form, or written confirmation<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without prior notice, shall constitute a breach of booking terms. In such cases, the customer agrees to be held liable for any parts, components, or consumables that were specially ordered, allocated, or prepared for their service.<\/p>

The amount payable may include:<\/p>

– The full retail cost of the affected parts where resale is not viable, or
– A partial fee covering handling, supplier restocking charges, and administrative costs.<\/p>

By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges this liability and agrees to settle any applicable charges resulting from short-notice cancellation or non-attendance. PH Performance reserves the right to issue an invoice for these costs, payable within seven (7) days of cancellation.<\/p>
