Vehicle tuning and performance modifications may:
1. Void your manufacturer’s warranty
2. Affect insurance coverage or premiums
3. Impact emissions compliance or road legality
4. Place increased mechanical strain on the engine or drivetrain
You understand and accept these risks prior to any service being performed.

While Powerhaus Performance follows best practices and careful calibration, we do not guarantee post-tune reliability or performance results. Each vehicle responds differently based on age, condition, and usage history.
📋 Consent 📋
You must confirm your understanding and agree to this disclaimer prior to any tuning or modification.
Consent may be provided via:
– Signed document during booking
– Checkbox agreement on the quote form
– Written confirmation via email or message
🔐 Liability Waiver 🔐
Powerhaus Performance accepts no liability for any vehicle failure, drivability issue, regulatory breach, or loss resulting from tuning, modifications, or diagnostics provided. All services are performed at the customer’s request and risk.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the impact of tuning or modifications on their vehicle’s:
– Warranty status
– Insurance coverage
– Emissions compliance
– Road legality
We recommend consulting your insurer or manufacturer before proceeding.
Payments
Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without prior notice, shall constitute a breach of booking terms. In such cases, the customer agrees to be held liable for any parts, components, or consumables that were specially ordered, allocated, or prepared for their service.
The amount payable may include:
– The full retail cost of the affected parts where resale is not viable, or
– A partial fee covering handling, supplier restocking charges, and administrative costs.
By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges this liability and agrees to settle any applicable charges resulting from short-notice cancellation or non-attendance. PH Performance reserves the right to issue an invoice for these costs, payable within seven (7) days of cancellation.
